How to Take Care of and Repair Your Kid's Wetsuit

It is water play time of your kids again. Children love to play in the water and devise all sorts of water games. Whether its spring, summer or fall season, children do not seem to stop their fascination with water.

In order to protect your children from the cold water temperature, your children need a kids wetsuit. Wetsuits are important for your children's protection because they are the most vulnerable to illnesses such as colds, cough and fever. Childrens wetsuits are perfect to keep your children safe while they get their fun.

However, accidents can happen. Children's play and rigorous activities can cause the wetsuit to rip off. This is potentially especially especially at the beach where the wetsuit can encounter small to medium sized rocks and other rough objects and surfaces. Good thing that there is a way to repair kids wetsuit accidents like this that you can do on your own.

The essential material that you need in repairing a wet suit is neoprene cement. The neoprene cement will be used to path the tear or hole together. Neoprene cement is available in surf shops. Just go ahead and ask for it. There are also wetsuits repair kits available. When you buy a wetsuit, it's probably a good idea that you get a repair kit, too, for emergencies.

What you need to do first, like all patches, is to clean the torn area. Clear the torn area with any particles such as sand or dust. This is to make sure that the area will patch cleanly. After cleaning the area with soap and water, clean it with alcohol and let it dry.

Use a brush to put neoprene cement on surfaces that needs to be patched up. Leave it to dry for 5 minutes. After that, apply neoprene cement again on the torn areas and this time, leave it for 10 minutes. Afterwards, it is time to glue the torn parts together. Press the two parts together by using some kind of weight like a heavy book. Wait more or less for 6 hours. When it's completely dry, you have successfully repaired your child's wetsuit! You can make the wetsuit working really well again, enough to protect you from cold water temperatures.

This do-it-yourself technique, however, is only applicable for small holes and rips. If the hole is much bigger or you think that it requires more than just gluing the parts together, you can bring the wetsuit to a repair shop. It may need a new neoprene patch or some heavy duty repair. It's best to leave it to the experts when that happens.

If the wetsuit is also damaged because of overuse, it is better not to use it anymore. If the color is already too faded or if the neoprene is already getting hard from the water and sun, it's better to buy a new one. Most kids wetsuits are made to be very durable. Surely by the time it's overused, your children have already outgrown the suit. It's time for a newer, cooler one!

How to Handicap Horse Races With First Time Starters

They say everybody has to start somewhere and the same is true of young race horses who are starting a career in racing. The problem for bettors who want to wager on races with horses who have never raced before, known as “first time starters, or (FTS),” is that it is hard to assess their ability and therefore would be punters don’t know whether to bet on them or against them.

Some handicapping gurus advise you to skip any race with an FTS. However you may miss a lot of races that way, especially in the spring when the maidens are flooding the scene. You may also miss some good bets that way. Here are a few tips for betting on maiden races and evaluating horses who have never competed.

First of all, most maiden races are about speed. Do your best to compare the speed ratings of horses who have at least one race. Be aware that for many trainers the first race is just practice and the runner may not have been pushed in its first race, in fact, the jockey may not have tried to win the race because the trainer wanted the youngster to just get some experience and make it around the track in one piece.

So for a horse with just one race, expect an improvement in the next race, especially if it is dropping slightly in class. After you’ve evaluated the experienced runners look for any who have shown a lot more speed than the others. That horse is obviously the one most of the crowd will bet on and should be the favorite in the race.

Now look at the FTS horses and see if any have breeding that indicates a win in the first race. That means a sire known for precocious foals. Any sire whose progeny win at a 16% rate on their first try is considered a sire of precocious foals and the horse should be considered a contender. Trainers sometimes have a record of winning with FTS horses as well so check the stats on each conditioner and determine if he or she likes to win with FTS horses.

Now it’s time to look at the workouts that the runners have shown. FTS horses should have a string of workouts leading up to the races that are evenly spaced, at least one a week, though every five days is better, that show the horse is being conditioned. Only one or two workouts is suspicious unless you know the horse has been training off track at a private farm.

Once you’ve evaluated the runners and have determined which ones are contenders based on those who’ve shown speed and those who have the connections or breeding it is time to do your final assessment and that involves looking at the horses. A well conditioned horse has a muscled haunch with a well defined racing dimple that shows it is in shape. The racing dimple is the deep groove that runs down the big muscle on a horse’s haunch.

A first time starter should not be too nervous or sweating profusely. If it is, pass on that one. If there are too many FTS you may want to pass the race. Look at the odds board and see if any of the FTS horses are being bet down. Odds of 5-1 or less on an FTS may indicate that it is well thought of by the backside denizens and that could mean it has been training well and they think its ready to win. Watch the money in a maiden race and you’ll often find the winner. Favorites often win those “baby” races as they are sometimes called because raw speed is hard to hide and that’s what dominates when the runners are short on experience and just want to run.

If your calculations agree with the odds board and you think there is value in a bet, don’t be afraid to put a flutter on a runner to win as long as you remember that betting on horse races is risky business and you should never eager more than you can afford to lose. Enjoy your days at the races.

The Only Thing You Need For Success With Your Online Business

It sounds very trite to say there’s only one thing you need to succeed. Of course there are many things you will need to succeed at an online business. You need the know-how/ability, training and a good strategy for the long-term. But there is one overriding thing which sets the achievers apart from the drop-outs. The key is your attitude. Your mindset will determine whether your business is a success or not and in this article I am going to outline why mindset is such an important part of your business.

Henry Ford

Henry Ford’s famous quote ‘Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.” still holds true to this day. Belief is the controlling factor which determines whether or not you will even start out with a business venture. Without belief you will simply not even try. When things get tough remind yourself of this quote. Things will get tough. Those who stick it out for the long-term, no matter what this takes are the ones who reap the rewards. Everything starts with self belief, otherwise you will not even try. Not trying guarantees you to not succeed and you never fail until you quit, you simply learn (with the right attitude).

Mindset and Learning

Another popular quote is “If you keep doing what you have always done, you will keep getting what you’ve always gotten”. If you don’t think you need to change to bring about change, you will always be controlled by your attitudes and mindsets. Without changing yourself, it is very difficult to change your circumstances. Wise people don’t think they know it all. Having an attitude which questions your own beliefs is being open-minded. Having a mind closed to everything but what you already think you know, is being ‘set’ in your attitude. It’s very difficult to change if you think you know everything already. Empty your cup and see the world as a child again.

Your self-image controls you

A paradigm is a strongly held belief which controls your actions and thoughts. Many of our inner most beliefs control us without our awareness. Self-image is a controlling paradigm which holds us where we are in life. Unless we change our self-image, our circumstances are always bound to how we see ourselves. Whether it is a ‘poverty mindset’, a ‘poor me control drama’ or any other controlling paradigm, a poor self-image will always create more of what it believes itself worthy of. Self-image is often the stumbling block which stops us breaking through into the life we truly want. By becoming aware of our self-image, and changing it, we can shift this paradigm for greater success. Read Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz to learn more about self-image, and how to change it.

Attitude and Comfort Zones

Your business will also be controlled by your comfort zones. If your comfort zones are controlling your actions, you will find it hard to push through and attain more significant goals. Change happens outside comfort zones. Successful people know this and continually push themselves to new levels. Unless you are pushing yourself forwards, who is? One of the main goals of having your own business is to be autonomous and working for yourself. But unless you can also push yourself, you will always be constrained by what you prefer to do, rather than what you need to do. Again this comes down to your attitude and mindset. Are you motivated by success or stress? Whether you have a positive motivation ‘towards’ goal focused opportunities, or a negative motivation ‘away from’ stress, pain and fear, uncovering it can help you change and grow.

Positive Attitude

Having a positive attitude to what you are doing is obviously beneficial. You see obstacles as something to overcome which makes you stronger. It’s not that everyone is positive all the time. Quite the opposite. Everyone can become discouraged when things become difficult. It is how we deal with these difficulties which determines whether we will become successful or not at what we are doing.

Again this comes down to mindset. If you are discouraged, take a break and re-examine what is going wrong. Don’t just quit. Many people see roadblocks as insurmountable and just quit. Having the right mindset isn’t about always feeling positive. It is more about how you deal with your emotions and discouragements when they arise. The people who succeed with a online business don’t bury their head in the sand but instead see problems as opportunities for growth and to learn how to better understand their business and themselves.

Self Improvement

Self improvement can cover a wide range of things. But if you are in business for yourself, and are not improving yourself on a consistent basis, you can bet your business is taking the brunt of your lack of awareness. When you work for yourself, you are unaware of what you don’t know. How do you know the best practices for everything you are doing? Where do you get your inspiration and knowledge about how to effectively grow your business? Unless you are plugged into a community of other entrepreneurs and forward thinkers, it can be easy to rest on your laurels and fall behind. If your business isn’t going well, you can guarantee that improving your knowledge of your best business practices, is the best way to improve things. Everything comes from you when you work for yourself. You are the limiting factor in all the results of your life. People with successful businesses take self growth seriously and constantly invest in themselves, and not just in their business.

So although a successful online business also requires a lot of learning, tools, systems and technology, the main thing you can do to improve your business is to improve yourself. Having a positive mindset is not just about thinking positive and hoping for the best. There are a bunch of practical applications which can dramatically improve yourself and therefore your business too. This starts with mindset and attitude. Keep learning and never stop.

“A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer” – Bruce Lee

Motivation and Optimism

Keeping your motivation and optimism high is difficult to do alone. We are social creatures. Doing it all by yourself can become difficult over long periods. We need others to motivate us and to help us. Having a long-term focus for your online business is important for this too. Unless we can become part of something bigger than ourselves it is easy to fall into disillusionment and apathy. By regularly plugging yourself into a community or focus group of some kind you can keep up the momentum for your business.

Without keeping your motivation up, your mindset can dwell on the negative. You can doubt yourself and your business. Before long doubting friends can pull you down. Keeping your mindset positive is an important part of growing your online business. To do this you need to be around other positive people who have similar goals. If you are surrounded by naysayers who doubt you and don’t really want to see you succeed, they can easily get the better of you over time. Stay positive by being around other positive people.

Set goals and hold yourself accountable to them. Make the small steps you take each day lead you to your long-term goals and visions.

The 3 Stages of Texting a Girl – A Guide for PUA’s and Normal Guys Too

So you’ve got her number. And you have a beautiful memory of your first encounter. Lots of smiles, seductive glances, and a great connection. She seemed really into you, and you totally charmed her.

And now it’s time to continue that connection and seduction with texts, to do it just right and set up the first date. This is where most guys have trouble and often mess it up. Where she just doesn’t reply or starts putting off meeting you. Somehow, because of bad texting, the spark just left;

“But Why?!” These guys ask themselves in vain. “We were getting on so well! What happened?”

The thing is that after that first interaction, her emotions were high and she remembered you so well. But as time passed, she went about her life and did many things and if your first texting is not equally strong, she won’t be able to find and feel again those first emotions that she felt with you, and if that happens she won’t feel an urge to meet up with you again.

But not to fear my friend! There are some key, simple rules to follow with texting that will bring back her emotions and attraction to you, and guarantee that you meet for a date. Before we get into it, here is one essential thing to remember with texts;

The Tricky Thing About Texts

With texts you have to choose your words very carefully, because that is all you have – Words. 7% of communication is words, 38% is the tone of your voice, and 55% is your body language. So in person or even on the phone, you are so much more powerful in your communication.

Never think that texting can compare to that personal interaction – the goal with texts is to remind her of the fun energy and attraction you had, and then work towards getting her on that date. All the time creating that air of playfulness, teasing and non-neediness.

Never try to build rapport by text, or carry out a deeper conversation. Without your eyes, voice and body behind it you won’t be creating attraction.

But what you can do with texting is tease her, get her a little excited and set up that first date. Without further ado, here are the 3 stages of effective texting;

Stage 1: The First Text

Your first text is very important. Make it strong, playful and aim to remind her of the attraction and emotions she felt in that first interaction.

Send it an hour or two after you met. Just as she is beginning to forget about your meeting. Boom, you text and all those feelings come back.

Don’t ask for a date here, we’re just making a connection and being a bit cheeky, playful, funny.

The best thing is to bring a back a joke you both shared, perhaps in her nickname, or any other part of the text. If you were joking about how she’s dressed all one colour, say; “Hey, lady in yellow,… ” if she’s crazy about French movies say; “Hey Amelie,… “

And then just a brief, cocky and funny message to say hi. That is all. Here is a great example from Tom Torero; “Hey sunbather Sophie, random but cool to meet you. Are you always so friendly to new people or was it the blue sky? Tom”

And here is a cockier, funnier one from Gareth Jones (my personal favorite); “Hey, it’s Gareth. Save this number, it’s the most important one you’ll ever get” (with a winking face at the end).

If she replies, great. Have a little conversation, 2/3 texts, not more. Then say gotta go, chat soon. No need to overdo it here, just keep it low pressures, casual and friendly. She will be charmed by the jokey, confident, but laid back attitude.

If she doesn’t reply, you can send her a playful reminder text 1 or 2 days later; “That’s it we’re getting a divorce. Call your lawyer, you can keep the cat.” Or something like that. “Hmmm, my mother warned me about girls like you… ” Or you can just send her the ping text in stage two;

Stage 2: Ping Texts

A general rule is it’s good to stay in touch every other day or every 3 days. To keep in her mind. So two days after the initial meeting and text, send her a funny ping text like these;

“Hey, just walked past the Starbucks and thought of you. Enjoying the sunshine today?” “Just saw a cat that looks like you.” “In a park with a coffee and a good book.” “Just saw something that reminded me of you… wow” “Quick question; red or white wine?”.

These are called ping texts, and they are beautiful.

You’re not generally asking a question of them, and you’re not asking her to go on the date you talked about. But you’re sending her a pressure-free, interesting text that she will reply to.

When she does reply, you can have a bit of banter, then;

Stage 3: Set Up the Date

A great way to prepare a date is to think about what she likes, from your first interaction. It’s always a good idea to find these things out. So, if she loves art, you want to meet in or near an art gallery. If she likes sushi, think of a great sushi place, if she’s an actress, think of something related to acting, etc.

Then, when you suggest it, say it like this; “They’re showing a fantastic exhibition at the Tate Modern by the river, does that sound good to you?” or “I know an amazing sushi place in Soho. It has the freshest fish, a Michelin star chef from Tokyo, and a cool, quirky atmosphere. Does that sound good to you?”

When she replies that it does sound good, to arrange a time and date, ask when she’s free next week. Or just say; “Great, what’s better for you – Wednesday or Friday afternoon?” Giving the choice is better. Don’t ask yes / no questions. I have to give full credit to Gareth Jones for this style of asking for dates, which have worked wonders for me and will for you too.

You see here that because you’re choosing something she loves and would love to see, she is inclined to say yes. You are showing that you were paying attention and that you already understand her quite well. You ‘re also offering the date in a way that gives her no chance to think and resist – it’s all so smooth and tempting, just like the entire seduction process should be. And there are your three stages of incredible texting!

Role of Music in Human Life

Music is passion

Music is energy

Music is joy

Music is creativity

Music is eternal

Music is love

Music is soul

Music is life

Music is one of the greatest creations of human kind in the course of history. It is creativity in a pure and undiluted form and format. Music plays a vital role in our daily life. It is a way of expressing our feelings and emotions. Music is a way to escape life, which gives us relief in pain and helps us to reduce the stress of the daily routine. It helps us to calm down, an even excites us in the moment of joy. Moreover, it enriches the mind and gives us self confidence.

Music surrounds our lives at different moments of lives, whether we hear it on the radio, on television, from our car and home stereos. Different kinds of music are appropriate for different occasions. We come across it in the mellifluous tunes of a classical concert or in the devotional strains of a bhajan, the wedding band, or the reaper in the fields breaking into song to express the joys of life. Even warbling in the bathroom gives us a happy start to the day. Music has a very powerful therapeutic effect on the human psyche. It has always been part of our association with specific emotions, and those emotions themselves have given rise to great music.

The origins of Indian music can be traced back to the chanting of the Sama Veda nearly 4,000 years ago. The primacy of the voice, and the association of musical sound with prayer, were thus established early in the history of Indian music. Today, music is available for us in different forms and the choice for music varies from person to person just as the reading choices vary from one another. There is folk music, classical music, devotional music, instrumental, jazz, rock music, pop music, hindi movie songs and many more.

In the modern world, Music has gained an honourable designation of ‘HEALING WITHOUT MEDICINE’. Doctors feel that music therapy has been helping them in treating many people with problems like dementia, dyslexia depression and trauma.” Many children with learning disability and poor co-ordination have been able to learn, and respond to set pieces of music. Many people with genetic disability have found a new light in the form of music.

Dance critic Ashish Khokar cites an experiment as proof: “Music is produced from sound, and sound affects our sense perception in many ways. Even fish in an aquarium were once made to listen to different kinds of music and it was found that their movements corresponded with the beat of the music. Mind you, fish do not hear, they only felt the vibrations of the sound through water. So you can imagine what a profound effect sound and music might have on the human mind.”

Anand Avinash, founder of the Neuro Linguistic Consciousness workshop who has researched music therapy says,”the mystics and saints from ancient to modern times have shown how music can kindle the higher centers of the mind and enhance quality of life.” Mantras, or chants used in the West, repeated monotonously, help the mind to achieve a sense of balance. A combination of the sounds in Sanskrit mantras produce certain positive vibrations and elevate the mind to a higher lever of consciousness.

We all know that meditation cleanses the system of its negative energies and vibrations. And music is a powerful aid to meditation. In many meditation workshops, music is used to make people more aware of their moods and feelings. People are made to lie down and empty their minds and then listen to the music which is systematically changed so that they can fit through different emotions and state of consciousness.

Many people also believe that any music you respond to positively will work for you, regardless of its content. Thus, even pop music might work wonders for you.

Music affects all of us in some way or the other. It also is the most common interest of many people. People who love music, listen to it while traveling, reading, meditation, walking, some even have soft music while working in their busy routine. It helps them to relax and escape from the stress of our day-to-day lives. It can transport us to another time or place and it is a great feeling of seeing or doing or experiencing something different. People have special music corner for themselves and some people give importance to listening in silence and some people love to read with light music and even some people love listening to music before sleeping. Many people love listening to music in bathroom because they feel it is one of the few rooms in the home where privacy is routinely respected. Some people also love to sing in the bathroom and are called ‘bathroom singers’. Music has now become a part of our life as it serves different purposes for each one of us.

  • It serves as an entertainment tool. For instance, in an occasion or event, music plays a vital role that makes the event to be lively for the people. Similarly, it creates cordial relationship among the people.
  • Moreover, it serves as a tool for corrective measure. Music tell the people on the habit that is uncultured so that such behavior can be for better. Furthermore, it is an agent that is used to educate people. Music can easily convey message to the friends and enemies.
  • It serves as tool for settling dispute between two or more people. It often helps to put an end to disagreements after listening to related meaningful songs. Music is played for the group to show harmony among them.
  • Music also serves as a source of income to human life. It is a profession of particular classes of people like lyricist, playback singers, music directors, musicians, musical instrument players, djs etc.
  • Lastly, music serves as a message or symbol that indicates the occurrence that is going on in a particular place or event. For instance, If bad occurrence happen in a particular place the type of music played their will show the audience or listens what happened in that event. The type of music played will justify to the listeners what actually going on there.

Elearning – An Incomplete Learning Experience?

Cyberspace has been a venue for many things done in real life. There is online chat, where we met and greet with old friends, e-Bay where we can shop for items we want and there is streaming for our movies, music, and other entertainment needs. As more everyday life activities are offered in the internet, the more time people spend surfing the net than doing real social activities.

Education has also found a venue in the World Wide Web. Elearning is a new technology enhanced learning or to simplify online learning system. It is also sometimes referred to as computer based learning where students study their lesson through a simulated learning environment program. In some cases, an overall instructor teaches students and trainees via web connection. This online learning system offers various courses such as: business administration, health care and other professional courses. In this simulated or virtual learning classroom, students do not meet face-to-face nor personally interact with their instructor and fellow students. As this learning system teaches students remotely from real-life school activities with no social interaction, many are asking is this what lays ahead for our education system?

According to social research, E.Q. or Emotion Quotient is as vital as I.Q. in performing well at work and everyday living. With many students patronizing online learning system, many are asking: “will this system be able to produce a professional working force?” The U.S. Department of Education confirms that students who took up online learning perform better than those students in schools. However with healthcare related course where values such as care, compassion, and hospitality are of essence, how can a computer simulated program teach these to the online students?

The older generation believes that the traditional way is still the best when it comes to teaching the young generation. They believe that computer programs are unable to teach values to online students, mainly because although computers may have a vast stored knowledge, it does not have what we humans have: emotion. Real life experience is said to be the best teacher, experiencing to do something whether it was a successful or failed effort, it still teaches valuable lessons to those who experienced it.

Human interactions like: creating circle of friends, student- teacher relationship, camaraderie and bonding with relatives are what makes a professional successful. Interacting with different people from all walks of life helps students deal with their co-worker, subordinates, customers, clients, superiors and all the type of people they will meet once they work as young urban professionals. No amount of hours spent in front of the computer screen will be able to replace actual human interaction, so many are still skeptical about the online learning system, especially the older generation.

Learning the lessons of life can only be learned if one experiences it, no amount of rigid training can prepare an individual for what life has to offer if that individual never experience living and experiencing life at first hand. However we cannot deny technology because it is the only way to go. Maybe it is too early to say that the online learning system can not incorporate values in its simulated learning programs, perhaps it’s only a matter of time until virtual classroom can fully interact with its learners. One can say that Elearning is a work in progress in teaching and producing social responsible professionals.

Categories of Ethical Dilemmas in Business

First published in Exchange, the magazine of the Brigham Young University School of Business, the following twelve categories were developed to cover the root or cause of most ethical business dilemmas that one might encounter in their jobs. I have summarized them to keep them short and simple.

1. Taking Things That Don’t Belong To You

Everything from taking highlighters from the storage room, to sending personal mail through the mailroom, to downloading unauthorized games to play on your work computer fall into this category. A CFO of a major corporation took a cab from the airport to his home in the city. When he asked the cabbie for receipt, he was handed a full book of blank receipts. Apparently this dilemma of accurately reporting business expenses involves more than just one employee.

2. Saying Things That You Know Are Not True

When a car salesperson insists to a customer that a used car has not been in a previous accident, when it has, an ethical breach has occurred. When a clerk in a store assures a customer that a product has a money-back guarantee, when only trade-ins are allowed, another ethical violation occurred (and perhaps a violation of the law).

3. Giving Or Allowing False Impressions

There is an urban legend in which 2 CD’s were being sold on a TV infomercial that claimed that that all the hits of the 1980’s were on the CDs. The infomercial emphasized over and over again that all songs were performed by the original artists. When they received the CDs, upon closer inspection, they found that all songs had been covered by a band called The Original Artists. While technically true, the impression given by the infomercial was false.

4. Buying Influence or Engaging in Conflict of Interest

When a company awards a construction contract to an organization owned by the brother of the attorney general, or when a county committee who is charged with choosing a new road construction company is traveling around the state looking at roads at the expense of one of the bidders, a conflict of interest arises which might affect the results of that choice.

5. Hiding or Divulging Information

Failing to divulge information from the results of a study on the safety of a new product, or choosing to take your companies proprietary product information to a new job are examples that fall into this category.

6. Taking Unfair Advantage

Have you ever wondered why there seem to be so many product safety rules and procedures? It is primarily the result of laws passed by government institutions to protect the consumer from companies that previously took unfair advantage of them because of their lack of knowledge or through complex contractual obligations.

7. Committing Acts of Personal Decadence

Over time, it has become increasing clear that the acts of employees outside of work can have a negative effect on a businesses image. This is one of the primary reasons companies are minimizing social interactions or events, outside of the office, so that drug or alcohol related events can not be tracked back to the company.

8. Perpetuating Interpersonal Abuse

At the heart of this category of ethical misbehavior is the abuse of employees through sexual harassment, verbal lashing, or public humiliation by a company leader.

9. Permitting Organizational Abuse

When an organization chooses to operate in another country, it sometimes butts up against social culture in which child labor, demeaning work environments or excessive hours are required. It is at this point that the leaders of the company have a choice…whether to perpetuate that abuse or alleviate it.

10. Violating Rules

In some cases, people or organizations violate rules to expedite a process or decision. In many of these cases, the results would have been the same regardless, but by violating the rules or required procedures for that outcome, they can potentially scar the reputation of the organization they work for.

11. Condoning Unethical Actions

Suppose you are at work one day and you notice that a colleague of yours is using petty cash for personal purchases and fail to report it. Perhaps you know that a new product in development has safety issues, but you don’t speak out. In these examples, failing to do right creates a wrong.

12. Balancing Ethical Dilemmas

What about a situation that would be considered neither right, nor wrong? What should be done here? Should Google or Microsoft do business in China when human rights violations are committed daily? Sometimes an organization must balance the need to do business with any ethical dilemmas that might arise from doing business.
