The History Of Industrial Engineering

The Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology defines industrial engineering as: the profession in which a knowledge of the mathematical and natural sciences gained by study, experience and practice is applied with judgment to develop ways to utilize economically, the materials and forces of nature for the benefit of mankind concerned with the design, improvement and installation of integrated systems of people, materials, equipment and energy. It draws upon specialized knowledge and skill in the mathematical, physical and social sciences together with the principles and methods of engineering analysis and design to specify, predict and evaluate the results to be obtained from such systems.

The origins of industrial engineering can be traced back to many different sources. Fredrick Winslow Taylor is most often considered as the father of industrial engineering even though all his ideas where not original. Some of the preceding influences may have been Adam Smith, Thomas Malthus, David Ricardo and John Stuart Mill. All of their works provided classical liberal explanations for the successes and limitations of the Industrial Revolution.

Another major contributor to the field was Charles W. Babbage. a mathematics professor. One of his major contributions to the field was his book On the Economy of Machinery and Manufacturers in 1832. In this book he discusses many different topics dealing with manufacturing, a few of which will be extremely familiar to an IE. Babbage discusses the idea of the learning curve, the division of task and how learning is affected, and the effect of learning on the generation of waste.

In the late nineteenth century more developments where being made that would lead to the formalization of industrial engineering. Henry R. Towne stressed the economic aspect of an engineer’s job. Towne belonged to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) as did many other early American pioneers in this new field. The IE handbook says the, “ASME was the breeding ground for industrial engineering. Towne along with Fredrick A. Halsey worked on developing and presenting wage incentive plans to the ASME. It was out of these meetings that the Halsey plan of wage payment developed. The purpose was to increase the productivity of workers without negatively affecting the cost of production. The plan suggested that some of the gains be shared with the employees.. This is one early example of one profit sharing plan.

Henry L. Gantt belonged to the ASME and presented papers to the ASME on topics such as cost, selection of workers, training, good incentive plans, and scheduling of work. He is the originator of the Gantt chart, currently the most popular chart used in scheduling of work.

hat would Industrial Engineering be without mentioning Fredrick Winslow Taylor. Taylor is probably the best known of the pioneers in industrial engineering. His work, like others, covered topics such as the organization of work by management, worker selection, training, and additional compensation for those individuals that could meet the standard as developed by the company through his methods.

The Gilbreths are accredited with the development of time and motion studies. Frank Bunker Gilbreth and his wife Dr. Lillian M. Gilbreth worked on understanding fatigue, skill development, motion studies, as well as time studies. Lillian Gilbreth had a Ph.D. in psychology which helped in understanding the many people issues. One of the most significant things the Gilbrethss did was to classify the basic human motions into seventeen types, some effective and some non-effective. They labeled the table of classification therbligs. Effective therbligs are useful in accomplishing work and non-effective therbligs are not. Gilbreth concluded that the time to complete an effective therblig can be shortened but will be very hard to eliminate. On the other hand non-effective therbligs should be completely eliminated if possible.

In 1948, the American Institute for Industrial Engineers (AIIE), was opened for the first time and began to give a professional authenticity for the practicing engineers. Up to this time industrial engineers really had no specific place in the hierarchy of a company. The ASME was the only other society that required its members to have an engineering degree prior to the development of the AIIE.

What is the future for Industrial Engineers? With analytical methods and the advancing technologies for the computer, modeling complex production and service systems will become more and more an every day task.

Performing a motion study. Every job can be broken down into its’ fundamental work elements. The Gilbreth family found that there are seventeen of these motions. The time to complete each motion does not change. Jobs can be studied visually or through the assistance of a camera for micro-motion studies.

The environment for the workers also needs to be set up to promote efficiency of work. Tools should be placed in fixed locations to eliminate the search and selection therbligs. Work surfaces and chairs should be adjusted to the correct working heights to eliminate stress. Whenever possible, gravity feeders should be used to deliver parts to the correct location. The worker’s tools should be designed to eliminate multiple cuts. Adjustment handles should be designed to maximize the operator’s mechanical advantage.

Performing a time study. Without a standard the company will find it hard to estimate lead-time on their products. Times very greatly when the employee does not know what the expectation of company is. In order to correct this problem the IE will develop a fair standard expectation for each operation. It has been estimated that 12% of a company’s total cost comes from direct labor. Another 43% of cost comes from the material cost. The other 45% is spent in overhead. So the idea that the largest productivity gains can be felt on the floor does not hold up in this light. A good time study will take into account the unavoidable delays, fatigue, and to an extent, outside interferences. Time for wasteful steps, such as searching for tools, will not be included in the final standard. The expectation is that the workplace will be designed to accommodate the work and will be free from this type of waste.

Set-Up Times Set up time is the amount of time it takes to begin producing different parts on a machine. If set-up times remain large the company will operate with high levels of work in progress and finished goods tying up the companies valuable capital. Companies that fail to reduce their set-up times have a tendency to look sluggish in regards to their customers.

Cost An IE will generally be responsible for coming up with a cost analysis on the equipment purchase. There are a several ways of coming up with this. Lifehow long the machine is expected to last when developing the cost analysis.

Efficiency The traditional way of looking at efficiency was to keep the machine running at a 100% The idea was the cost of the machine could be spread out over the amount of time it was kept running. The higher the machines efficiency, time running / time available, the better the accounting numbers looked in regards to machine cost.

Material The IE is concerned with the delivery and flow of material throughout the plant, often the plant has evolved as the company has.

Lot size To allow the manufacturer to stay flexible the production lot sizes should be minimalized. This will only be economical after the reduction of machine set-ups have been achieved.

Inventory Levels Since inventory is capital that cannot be converted until finished and purchased by a consumer, it should be kept to a minimal. Inventories not only tie up capital but if the customer requests a change then the inventory runs the risk of becoming obsolete.

Quality The quality of the material can affect all parts of the system. Poor quality material often introduces excessive amounts of rework into each of the processes. A typical job for an IE would be to work with the quality department to set up a Quality Management system QMS.

Maintenance The amount of maintenance that the machine is going to require is a variable that must be considered. Another issue about maintenance is whether or not the staff on hand will need to be retrained.

Having Fun With Your New Marshmallow Gun

Marshmallows are confectionaries made from sugar, starch, gelatin, and corn syrup. They are a big hit with children and adults alike. Originally from Egypt and considered a delicacy, marshmallows were made from the sap of the mallow plant, and since these plants grow in marshes, it has since been called marshmallows. From being handmade, the process turned mechanical using a starch mogul, where the molds were made from corn starch. This method was later replaced by the extrusion process where the marshmallows came out of an extruder machine. This is the current method of manufacture. Mallow sap was eventually replaced by gelatin, which was combined with sugar, corn starch and syrup to give the fluffy texture.

This yummy, fluffy candy was introduced in America in the 1900s and grew very popular in the 1950s. Today USA is the largest consumer of marshmallows, buying more than 90 million pounds per year!! Toasted marshmallows are very popular during Christmas time. In fact, the sales of marshmallows are maximum between October and December. During that time and the rest of the year too, they make their way into children’s parties and holiday fun.

The kids are bored during school holidays and parents at their wits’ end, get creative in keeping their children occupied! Who has not played with a marshmallow gun?! As children, we made use of a plastic cup whose bottom was sawed off. A large balloon’s rim was tied into a knot, which was your gun’s trigger. The other end of the balloon was snipped off, and the edge of the small hole stretched over the bottom end of the cup to cover it. The cup with a marshmallow in it and a few in our pocket, we would head out for battle! Spying the first victim, I would aim the mouth of the cup at her, and pull back the balloon for a good stretch and let go! Wham! Hit! Delighted peals of laughter would follow…

One can get creative with these sorts of marshmallow shooters. The cups can be conveniently fashioned into snowmen, elves or other happy (or fierce) faces with colorful balloon caps! The striped and spotted balloons make better caps too.

The Marshmallow shooter kit

Now you get a DIY marshmallow shooter kit. This kit has a few pipes, elbows and end cap required to assemble a marshmallow shooter in a moment. It is so easy that a child can do it and use it to shoot marshmallows. The satisfaction of using something made by the child herself will add to the excitement of the game.

These are wonderful ideas for gifting or even an activity session for children. PVC ½ inch pipes can be cut to the different lengths. A minimum of two PVC elbows, one T (all ½ inch) and an end cap for each marshmallow gun, a blast of spray paint to jazz it up and the kids are all set to have their wars with marshmallow ammo!

Risks of Not Keeping Your Kids At a Healthy Weight

Child Obesity is becoming a national concern for the last few decades and is getting worse every year. Many doctors are very troubled by this trend and are working on ways to fix this issue.

Child obesity affects children and youth in so many ways. Obesity in childhood is connected to many different health related problems. Some of the health problems are asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, high cholesterol and even social discrimination.

One of the main issues is that if a child has obesity issues, these can carry on into adulthood.

Obesity in children has one side affect aspects health affects. The Psychological impacts of being over weight makes kids easy targets of social discrimination. This stress of social discrimination can cause low self esteem, which is very hard in young kids, and will carry on into adulthood.

Cardiovascular Disease risks in very high is children. In a recent study it was found that almost 60% of obese children age 5 to 17 year olds had at least one risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol or abnormal glucose tolerance. At least 25% of the children had at least two or more of these rick factors.

There are other health risks associated with obesity in children. Sleep apnea is not that common in kids, but can still be an issue with about 7% of kids. Hepatic Steatosis in another health issue associated with obesity. It is an fatty degeneration of the liver.

Type 2 diabetes in being diagnosed by doctors in children who are overweight. Asthma is also being diagnosed by doctors as more studies are showing that there is a connection between children being overweight and asthma.

So we all need to work with our Kids eating healthy food and keep they active. Start eating healthy at home and help them stay active. Tip: I know kids can end up loving playing video games on their computer, but keep track of their computer usage and make them get outside to play and run around.

Getting Back on eBay in One Day After an Unjust Suspension

You first of all you need to know that they have a cross link system, among other systems. You cannot use anything associated with your last account. Do not use your spouse’s name with the same address previously listed on the old eBay account because now that partner’s name is tagged. Don’t use that tagged partner’s name with a new address, because now that new address is tagged. Don’t use the same computer with the same IP to open a new account under a new name and address, because the new name and address is now tagged. Don’t use any software (turbolister etc.), pictures ads, or anything associated with your last account. You can sell the same products but for pictures always use eBay’s image hosting and always use different ads.

What happens is eBay’s tracking software looks for certain things in order to catch a suspended user opening another account and once It does It raises a red flag. Then a eBay employee will look into the red alert and If you didn’t take all the precautions they will easily catch the connection to your suspended accounts and suspend you again. If you follow the steps outlined here you’ll remain under eBay’s radar and your account will more than likely never even be reviewed by an actual eBay employee.

Not a registered user – this is the most shocking, distressing, anxiety causing situation for anyone that relies on eBay to make a living or supplemented income can ever experience. It’s like being fired from a job you love. You’re losing hundreds or thousands of dollars a week!

I have been suspended from eBay twice. Both times for being linked to suspended accounts I had nothing to do with. After being suspended I anxiously searched to find out what I could do and of course I could get no response from eBay. It’s very rare for eBay to reinstate a suspended account even If they find they made a mistake. eBay won’t admit any wrong doing on their part.

Follow these instructions step by step or you’ll just get suspended again and have to start all over.

Many people think you have to re-format (reinstall windows) prior to opening a new account but I didn’t do it and so far I’m all good. As a precautionary measure it wouldn’t be a bad idea though. Especially if your pc is running really slow and your hard drive is full, reinstalling windows will make it run like new. If you want to do this and need help, email me and I’ll give you instructions and a copy of windows XP professional (for a small fee) if you need it.

It is a very rare occasion that eBay ever reinstates a suspended account, so even if you think you can prove your self innocent, it will take weeks to months and you have to give up all of your personal info. Copies of your birth certificate, social security card, drivers license etc. Even after all that you will more that likely still not get reinstated. eBay does not care about the small sellers.

1) Clear your tracks:

You’ll need to get a new IP and clear the spy’s, web-beacons and cookies.

Download Firefox with Google Toolbar. Firefox browser is an alternative to internet explorer. Firefox is free and is an absolute must! After you download, go to “tools” at the top of the browser, then click on “options” – “Privacy tab ” and check the box that says “Always clear my private data when I close Firefox”

eBay tracks and monitors your activities through your cookies. They also have the added advantage of monitoring your surfing habits with the cooperation of many associates and affiliates remotely monitoring your activities without you even being logged into eBay! Seems like an invasion of privacy to me but true never the less.

Aside from setting Firefox to clear all cookies and temp files every time I shut down, I also run a free program called crap cleaner which I have found the best for removing cookies temp files and more. I run It at the end of everyday and I always close fire fox after logging out of eBay to erase all cookies before I do any other surfing. This way eBay can’t track your activities. Believe me this is necessary if you don’t want eBay monitoring your surfing habits.

2) Change your IP Address

NOTE: eBay has launched a “Trusted Selling with Identity Confirmation” in efforts to fight the problems of account hijacking in which fraudsters take over users’ accounts to list scam auctions. This is proof that eBay monitors your computer! eBay said it has started recording which computers members typically use to conduct their buying and selling activity. In June ’08, eBay began verifying sellers are using the same computers they have used previously. If sellers list items using a different computer, eBay will make an automated call to the seller for confirmation so it is important to have a good phone number now. It is not difficult to obtain 2nd phone lines, virtual phone numbers, or cell numbers. This new system may also prompt the seller to verify their identity in other, as yet not specified ways.

There are a few ways to change your IP.

(If you have Dial-up your IP automatically changes every time you log on.)

Windows – Computer connected directly to the modem

1. Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).

2. Type “ipconfig /release” (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).

3. Type “ipconfig /renew” (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).

Windows (second option) – Computer connected directly to the modem

1. Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd).

2. Type “ipconfig /release” (without the quotes).

3. Shut down computer.

4. Turn off computer.

5. Turn off all ethernet hubs/switches.

6. Turn off cable/DSL modem.

7. Leave off overnight.

8. Turn everything back on.

Network with Router

1. Log into the router’s admin console. (Often [])

2. Release the IP address. (Method varies by router manufacturer)

3. Turn off router, Ethernet hubs/switches, and the cable/DSL modem.

4. Leave off overnight.

5. Turn everything back on.

If you are using a cable/DSL modem and a router, you may wish to connect your computer directly to the cable/DSL modem. Please note that this could significantly impact your system security. This allows your ISP’s DHCP to issue you a new (hopefully changed) IP address based of the (hardware) MAC address of your computer’s Ethernet card.

If all the above has not worked to change your IP address and you have a router, check and see if there is a “Clone MAC Address” option. Using it should change your IP address; however, you’ll only be able to do it once (in most cases).

These will not work in all cases. If all else fails contact your internet service provider (ISP) and ask them if they are able to change your IP address or how long your connection needs to be off for your IP address to change.

3) Get a NEW email address: I suggest

4) Get a new mailing address: UPS store, PO box, etc. NOTE: standard postal mail boxes are a flag, preferably use a non government ran mailbox.

5) Get a new phone number: new cell number, second line, is easy.

6) Fully uninstall all auction software, I use Vendio and eBay Turbo Lister, don’t use eBay Turbo Lister again for multiple accounts. For security purpose, download and use eBay Turbo Lister for ONE account only. there are other programs for your secondary accounts.

7) Create an account with auctiva free auction software, templates and image hosting will help your business. Auctiva’s has scrolling gallery that helps you cross-market and increase customer traffic. It saves you much time and money.

8) Create a auctiva token for each eBay account you have by using a new auctiva account for each.

9) Get a new prepaid or gift card. You can get PayPal verified without a checking account. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this.

You’ll need a debit card with a direct deposit option. I don’t know how many offer this but the one I use is I.C.E Visa. You’ll need 2 cards. First you’ll receive your temporary cards. You’ll have to wait until you receive your permanent cards to use them because the address wont match on the temp cards. Use one card to register PayPal and as a seller on eBay and use the other one to get PayPal verified. Your Ice cards come with a routing and checking number. you’ll enter these numbers as your bank account numbers and select the add funds to your PayPal account to verify option. Then when they add the funds to your card your verified and they are none the wiser.

1. Use Firefox instead of internet explorer to adequately remove your cookies and surfing tracks. The reason to delete your browser cookies and saved passwords is because eBay leaves cookies on your PC with your eBay user name and password and some browsers automatically log you in which could obviously jeopardize any new account you establish.

2. Uninstall any eBay related software such as turbolister

3. Change your IP address

4. Use a friends Id. Create a new identity that you can also use everywhere else, not just on eBay.

5. Get a new email address, Gmail or yahoo and ad this to your PayPal account to prevent connection with old email address for accepting your eBay payments.

6. Get a new phone number or as they simply put it use call forwarding to save you the hassle of changing your existing number such as ( or get prepaid cellphone.

7. Get a gift card credit card which has visa or MasterCard logo.

8. Then apply for new your eBay and PayPal account using total new identity information. To verify your account if you are a seller you need to enter bank details and unfortunately the majority of these publications advise using bogus information to do this. (to my surprise and ethical delight this is not always necessary though)

9. Make sure you use eBay image hosting instead of on your own server. Every image you use can be identified right down to what type of camera was used if necessary.

10. Start selling slowly.

11. Don’t use anything at all that was related or that you used on a suspended account. Pictures, etc.

Good luck with your love hate relationship with eBay.

Getting Things Done: A Guide To Next-Action Lists

Getting Things Done (GTD), is a productivity methodology designed by David Allen. GTD increases your productivity by getting things out of your mind, and into a reliable system that you can trust. This frees your mind to work on the task at hand, instead of trying to remember a myriad of things at once. You will find yourself more relaxed, and more productive at the same time.

In particular, one easy-to-use part of GTD (which I describe later), only takes 2

minutes to learn, but can increase

your efficiency by phonemenal levels.

There are many parts to GTD. One important component is next-action lists, which

replace to-do lists in other methodologies.

David Allen realised that in today’s dynamic society, todo lists, daily plans, etc, often

do not work. If everything and everyone around you is going 100% to plan they can

work, but how often does everything go according to plan? A meeting runs longer

than expected, the report you need isn’t ready yet, or the computer network goes

down for an hour, and your whole day can go out of whack.

David Allen’s solution to this was next action lists. Rather than plan out the day

based on projects, you list the next-action items for tasks you have to do. You

record these next-actions into separate lists based on context.

This is best shown with an example…

Suppose you had the following todo list:

  • Research buying new Palm pilot
  • Arrange next marketing meeting
  • Service car
  • Buy new Apple Mac
  • Cancel magazine subscription
  • Prepare for the department meeting

The first step in GTD is to change the list to be based on the next physical action for

each project:

  • Search online to find different potential Palm Pilots to buy
  • Phone John to arrange next marketing meeting
  • Look in car manual to find qualified mechanic for car
  • Phone Apple Reseller and buy new Apple Mac
  • Phone and cancel magazine subscription
  • Print out the financial report for the department meeting

By listing the next specific physical action, it becomes much easier to proceed on

the projects. You might procrastinate on “Prepare for the department meeting”, but

“Print out the financial report for the department meeting”, seems like a much easier

thing for you to tackle, and therefore, you are MUCH more likely to get it done. Just

this one idea alone will increase your productivity dramatically! It seems simple, but

it is actually quite profound, because it focuses your mind on ACTION.

The next step in Getting Things Done, is to move these next-action’s into separate

lists based on context:

@Phone (Things I can do when I am at a phone):

  • Phone John to arrange next marketing meeting
  • Phone and cancel magazine subscription
  • Phone Apple Reseller and buy new Apple Mac

  • Search online to find different potential Palm Pilots to buy
  • Print out the financial report for the department meeting

  • Look in car manual to find qualified mechanic for car

Why have separate lists? The main benefit is that it lets you look at the tasks that are

only suitable to where you are at the moment. If you are at work, you aren’t

distracted by the tasks that are on the @Home list, and if you are at home, you

aren’t distracted by the work tasks. The actual GTD contexts that you use are up to

you. The standard ones that David Allen recommends are generally based on

location (like the ones above), but you can use whatever works best for you.

Another benefit of separating out the lists into contexts is that it becomes easy to

change what you are working on quickly if something goes wrong. Suppose your in

the middle of some research online, and the computer network goes down. Whilst

other people might decide it’s time for a coffee break, you can just look at you

phone list, and start tackling some of the @Phone tasks instead.

Breaking your todo lists into next-action lists based on context may seem like a lot

more work than a standard todo list, but it isn’t really. It only takes a little bit longer

to plan, but the increase in productivity more than compensates for this.

Next-Actions lists are a small part of the Getting Things Done methodology. They

are useful on their own, but their power is multiplied when used with the rest of

David Allen’s system. GTD is incredibly effective, and I highly encourage you to try it

out for yourself, by reading David Allen’s book (“Getting Things Done: The Art Of

Stress Free Productivity”), or by trying out some GTD software.

The Road Ahead – Computers For Everyone

We live in an area that uses Green Bins for household waste. Our regular garbage is picked up every other week and the only weekly garbage collection is our green plastic bins, to be filled with leftover food products and other organic waste.

When the program first started, I was sure we could never change our ways, but before long, depositing bones and leftover food in the bin became automatic.

Why am I telling you this? Because using the computer will also become easy for you the more you try. Sure, the learning curve is steeper than remembering which container to use for which type of garbage, but the idea is the same. Every time you perform a function or solve a problem on your computer, it will be easier than the time before.

In 1966, Bill Gates wrote a book titled ‘The Road Ahead’. Gates said, “Computers frighten almost everyone (everyone but children), before they learn to use them. When people spend more time with computers, they understand them better. You can start by playing computer games or doing other simple things. Once you start using them, I think you’ll like them.”

Speaking from experience, once you start using computers, not only will you like them, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without one.

With the Internet, we can keep in touch with old friends and make new ones; play cards with someone on the other side of the world; have virtual experiences of flying an airplane, driving a car, even dissecting a toad. Pilots and doctors practice their work without worrying about accidents. And every school can have a wonderful library thanks to the Internet.

Gates saw then how much our world would change because of computers. Banking and shopping online, distance learning, the ability to telecommute and work from home – all of these grew as software became better and more powerful. Not only have the ways we work and relax changed, even the way we interact with other people has been altered thanks to the computer.

Gates talked about his own futuristic house. Anyone in the house wore an electronic pin that told the house who and where you were. When it got dark, the pin would turn on lights nearby and turn them off when you went away. Music would play near you and the phone ring nearby only if the call was for you. A home control console activated choices of lighting, music, and temperature. That was in 1996, so who knows what his home is like now!

The book ended with a cartoon showing a mutt using a computer and saying “On the Internet, nobody knows you’re a dog.” How true – on the Internet, we are all on equal ground. I like that idea, don’t you?

Alcohol and College – Not a Great Mix

Each year teenagers from all over the world leave the nest heading to college. Some choose to remain close to home while others catch an airplane to arrive at their college of choice.

In years past, drinking and college were considered a right of passage. However this once harmless assumption is now proving to be not only dangerous but also deadly.

The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism completed a comprehensive report looking at the impact of high-risk drinking among college students entitled "A Call to Action: Changing the Culture of Drinking at US Colleges."

There report found that serious consequences occurring from underage drinking including injuries, accidents, assaults and death. Drinking among four-year college students has received most of the attention. Although research shows that community college students are not immune to these issues either (Sheffield, Darkes, Del Boca and Goldman, 2005).

Below are tips that can help your child have a potentially safer college experience.

1. DO utilize existing resources and organizations to educate yourself about the dangers of underage drinking ..

2. DO sit down with your teenager and talk about your concerns and position on their use of alcohol. This should be done long before the moving van is being packed.

3. DO NOT be vague. Discuss with your teenager their and your views regarding drinking and driving, drinking and hazing, and date rape. Ask for their opinions, concerns and how they would respond in these different scenarios.

4. DO talk frequently with your teenager about this and other issues.

5. DO talk to your teenager about how they are handling college and the pressure to drink and party.

6. DO keep the lines of communication open. Let your teenager know you are there for them even if they find themselves in trouble.

Lexaryn – A Personal Review

Lexaryn is a natural male enhancement solution that leads the way in helping men with erectile dysfunction. Many men suffer from ED, so it only makes sense as to why Lexaryn has built up so much popularity, and such a strong customer base. These pills also have other uses on top of erectile problems, such as premature ejaculation, stamina problems, sex-drive, and can even give a guy a more satisfying, longer lasting orgasm. Most pills that have multiple, believable, uses tend to be popular with men, because it is like a one stop, does everything pill. This means you will not have to buy multiple products to ensure an increase in the quality of your sex life.

Many doctors, and scientists have teamed up to create this potent male enhancement pill. The ingredient list is fully listed on the website, and it includes some very effective supplements that many men agree to work. They do not make weird claims of creating some odd formula, but take a medical approach, and try out different amounts of each ingredient to see how it will affect their formula. Some of the ingredients include Yohimbe, Epimedium, and many age-old aphrodisiacs that have been common for a very long time, and well known. A perfect formula is very important to ensure the product works for as many men as possible, no matter what age, or the exact reason they are wishing to increase their sex life.

Lexaryn is a fast acting pill, which means you see the results shortly after taking the pills. Many men like this, but that does mean this is not a total cure. On the positive side though, it does promote to work up to 72 hours, so its not like you have to always be preplaning your sexual encounters, and it is constantly working long after you have taken the pill. The website is very straightforward on all the details and information about the product, and does not use cheap gimmicks and words to advertise their product.

The way Lexaryn views a size increase of the penis is also believable. The say the increase will come from finally achieving a fullection that you have never had, which essentially means you are using what you have always had, but just with a little help. Between the clinical studies that have been done, and the many positive reviews for Lexaryn being the number one male enhancement on the market, you could not really go wrong with this safe and effective formula.
